Compressed Time (2024)

In her sculptural installation Kilomba creates a poetic a dialogue of contrasts and materialities. The striking interplay between solid stones, which are millions of years old, and a transparent black glass cube invites contemplation of hidden narratives woven through the fabric of human civilization. It is a dialogue between resilience and the fragility of the human condition.
